1. Services

Paola Paints provides face painting, caricature art, and private paint party services. All bookings and inquiries must be made through our website or official contact channels.

2. Booking & Deposits

• A deposit is required to secure your booking. The deposit amount varies depending on the type of service requested.
• Deposits are non-refundable under any circumstances, including cancellations by the client.
• Full payment may be required before the scheduled event or upon arrival.

3. Refund Policy

• No Refunds: All payments, including deposits and full service fees, are non-refundable.
• In case of unforeseen circumstances (e.g., weather conditions, emergencies), we may offer a rescheduling option, subject to availability.
• If we are unable to fulfill a service due to our own circumstances, a credit or alternative arrangement may be provided at our discretion.

4. Cancellation & Rescheduling

• If you need to reschedule your appointment, we require at least 72 hours’ notice. Rescheduling is subject to availability.
• Cancellations made within 72 hours of the scheduled event may result in forfeiture of the entire payment.

5. Liability & Safety

• We use professional, skin-safe products for face painting. However, we are not responsible for allergic reactions. If you have known allergies or skin sensitivities, please inform us in advance.
• Parents/guardians must supervise children during face painting and other services.
• We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone displaying inappropriate behavior.

6. Copyright & Usage Rights

• Any artwork or designs created by Paola Paints remain the property of Paola Paints and may be used for promotional purposes unless otherwise agreed upon.
• Clients may take photos of their artwork but may not use them for commercial purposes without written consent.

7. Changes to These Terms

• We reserve the right to update or modify these terms at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated date.
